Olive Oils
Our extra virgin olive oils are tested for quality and checked to ensure they are unadulterated!
We have our base olive oil (for the flavored EVOO) tested by SGS Labs three-to-four times a year. All of our other EVOO is tested at least once a harvest after the product has arrived in the United States. We have it tested for quality and purity. We’ve also provided Independent Testing documents for the varietal oils that we sell.
Our facility does have cheeses, milk products, and nuts.
